Our “Insider” perspective is derived from the domain expertise we’ve gained from 10+ years of providing 6,000+ hotel properties world-wide with the mission-critical heart of the hotel’s technology ecosystem – the Property Management System or PMS.
Drawing from this expertise, we discovered that hotel operators agree with the findings of the 2016 Lodging Technology Study; that enhancing mobile solutions for their guests is a main goal for the coming year. This is because mobile solutions not only help to improve hotel operations, they can also improve the guest experience.
