Hotel Ignacio is a boutique hotel located in the vibrant midtown area of Saint Louis, Missouri. Owned by Saint Louis University, and designed by The Lawrence Group. The hotel features distinctive, unique rooms with art and design that highlight its location in the arts center of Saint Louis.
Hotel Ignacio features two restaurants that are just as unique as the rooms. Baiku Sushi Lounge flows into the hotel lobby and offers specialty sushi rolls, nigiri and premium sake. Baiku uses the freshest fish, serving the best authentic sushi and sashimi in St. Louis. Baiku’s sister restaurant, Triumph Grill, is an energetic breakfast, lunch and dinner spot with menu serving American fare and motorcycle themed décor.
